We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure quality customer service. You may request to cancel your order up to three days (72 hours) after you place your order for a full refund. If you cancel your order after three days (72 hours), you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total purchase price.

Your Amish furnishings begin as a raw piece of lumber and are built according to your specifications. Because the furniture is finely crafted especially for you, we are unable to return the item(s) to the builder or sell the piece(s) to another customer. Should you decide to return your order, you are subject to a 50% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping it back to Mattie Lu. You are eligible for a return in the first seven days after receipt of your order. If more than seven days has gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.

Once Mattie Lu receives your returned order, your money (less the 50% restocking fee) will be mailed to you via check. You must notify Mattie Lu in writing or by email of the item(s) you would like to return within seven days of receiving the order.
